A retainer is a non refundable deposit required to secure your booking date and time. Once paid, your appointment is confirmed and reserved exclusively for you, and that time will no longer be offered to other clients.

Retainers are strictly non refundable in the case of cancellation or change of mind. Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability and sufficient notice, and approval is at the discretion of Mehndi by Yousra. If a booking is cancelled, the retainer will be forfeited. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your appointment unless otherwise agreed. Once your retainer payment has been received, you will be sent confirmation that your date has been secured.

Bookings can be made via the online appointments section on the website or through social media. 

It is recommended to book bridal henna 2 days before your event for the richest and darkest stain on your big day.

Timing depends on the size and detail of the design. Bridal henna can take several hours, while smaller occasional designs may take 10 to 30 minutes.

Henna typically lasts 7 to 14 days depending on your skin type, placement and aftercare. Darker stains usually develop on hands and feet.

Yes, Mehndi by Yousra only uses natural henna powder mixed with essential oils and sugar. No harmful chemicals are applied.
